We are looking for a Mobile Developer (Kuopio office) – Open Position!

Myontec is looking for a Mobile Developer to be actively working in the R&D team in Kuopio office, focusing on the mobile application and cloud service development.
Your role will mainly be on software development for mobile operating systems. If you also know how to utilize different cloud service technologies, you might be the one we are looking for.
We need a technical professional with good problem solving and programming skills and who can contribute his/her talents to a small development team. Some experience with frontend technologies and UI/UX design principles are preferred. If you are good person with interest in learning and applying new technologies, languages, methodologies and have background or interest in sports, please apply.
The position is placed in the Technopolis in Kuopio, Finland.
Your Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
- In-depth knowledge in developing iOS and Android applications
- Knowledge of mobile development using cross-platform technologies (Xamarin preferred)
- Fluent with C#
Position Requirements
- Web related technology experience (e.g. HTML, PHP, Python, REST)
- Knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, SQLite)
- Experience in UI/UX design and some graphical skills
DESIRED
- Has contributed one or more apps to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Has worked as part of a small to medium development team
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
