This privacy statement describes personal data processing in the Smart KneeSleeve product of Incrediwear Holdings, Inc ("Incrediwear") when the service is provided by a Incrediwear partner or the Client on its own. The data processing complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and with relevant US legislation.
Smart KneeSleeve is a solution that utilizes Myontec's technology to analyse muscle electrical activity (EMG).

DATA PRIVACY ROLES IN SMART KNEESLEEVE PROCESS
DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USE
The Smart KneeSleeve measures and analyses the muscle electrical activity data during rehabilitation process and is controlled by a specialist (e.g. physical therapist). Collected data includes muscular load (EMG, electromyography) of knee extensors (quadriceps vastus medialis and vastus lateralis muscles) and knee flexors (hamstrings muscles). The live signal of each muscles' activity level can be viewed by the person being measured and by the specialist and the consecutive measurement sessions results can be downloaded into the Smart KneeSleeve app.
CONTENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The storage and handling of personal data is based on consent given by the Subject being measured to the Service Provider. The data collected from the Subject is:
- Name (first name, last name), personal ID
- Demographic information: sex, height, weight, address city, phone number, country
- Operated leg (left/right), operation day
- Measurement results: muscular load (EMG) of knee extensors (quadriceps vastus medialis and vastus lateralis muscles) and knee flexors (hamstrings muscles).
- Analysis results of each measurement day and the consecutive follow-up measurements.
SOURCES OF THE REGISTERED DATA
Personal data is collected by the Service Provider from the Subject him/herself during the Smart KneeSleeve measurements.
DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The stored performance data regarding the Subjects is stored by the Service Provider within the Smart KneeSleeve app and the Service Provider is responsible for the secure data governance. Data can be stored only in the dedicated tablet device and cannot be transferred into other devices.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Service provider will only keep the data as long as it is necessary for the intended use of the Data File. Once subject Data File is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
PROTECTION OF THE DATA FILES
The Service Provider as Data Controller is responsible for storing, securing, and protecting the Data in their personal Data File during the measurements.
THE RIGHTS TO INSPECT AND THE RIGHT TO REMOVE DATA
The Service Provider is responsible for providing the Subject, if requested, the possibility to inspect what information has been deposited in the Data File, and the right to have his/her data removed from the Data File.
UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT
Incrediwear as a Technology provider will monitor any changes to personal data legislation and therefore reserves the right to update or change this Privacy statement.
